Bio

My name is Lerry Ortega. I am 25 years old and live in Los Angeles, California. I'm a musician, designer, free-thinker and a self-proclaimed philosopher. I have always been artistic & creative ever since I was a baby. Drawing, dancing, acting a fool, listening to music and anything that would peak my creative interest. I have always tried to express myself in many ways growing up and it wasn't until around middle school that I began to feel free. The more I accepted who I was, the more I could express myself intensely.

I want people to understand through my art that you must not be afraid of who you are and stay true to yourself. Yet strive to progress & evolve to become greater than who you were before. I want people to understand my art because my message is important, not only for them, but for myself. It is a reflection of who I am. Whether it satisfies the expectations of my peers, I tend not to worry too much about it. I like to be completely honest in my life and my art is no exception. By allowing myself to open up, I feel I become more vulnerable and more willing to connect with my audience and vice versa.
